Project.

The Reserve at Autumn Creek, a KT Development, is a 212-unit two story gated apartment complex, located in a 371-acres master planned community, which offers luxury living with sophisticated style, inspired design, and elegant resort-style landscaping.

Each two-and three-bedroom lovely home features brick, stucco and hard-plank siding with 9-foot interior ceilings and luxury amenities. All homes features private entrances, spacious floor plans, wood flooring, upscale state-of-the-art kitchens with granite countertops, stainless appliances, as well as private balconies, spacious patios and direct access garages. The master plan includes large Resident Clubhouse with business and fitness centers, resort style swimming pool in upscale country club setting with palm trees, fountains, picnic areas and lighted promenades.

KT Companies provided all real estate and construction management and all professional service related to this development from conception to completion.

The development process with this project was very intricate from site selection, due diligence and project development through entitlement, construction and tenant occupation. Completed in 2001, this master planned project, with 218,922 net rentable space, cost $16 million in development and construction and involved participation from a wide variety of professionals, including architects, landscape architects, civil engineers, site planners, attorneys, environmental consultants, surveyors, title companies, lenders, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors and expert sales and marketing professionals.

The Reserve at Autumn Creek was another KT Master Plan Development with leading industry metrics in delivery, cost and quality. The development process was very intricate from site selection, due diligence and project development through entitlement, construction and tenant occupation. Fortunately, Autumn Creek added to KT Companies’ consistent track record of delivering fully subscribed multi-family housing projects on-time and on-budget.

Kyle Tauch.

Kyle David Tauch (kyletauch.com) is the owner and founder K Realty Development and KT Builders (and a primary investor and cofounder of The Falcon Group).  Since the inception of KT Builders and K Realty Development in 1986, Mr. Tauch has provided oversight and direction of these operations for multi-family, residential and commercial/masterplan developments and successfully led the companies to become premier developers in the region.

Throughout his career with the KT Builders, K Realty Development and The Falcon Group, together with other investments and companies which he has founded, Mr. Tauch has successfully delivered over $500 Million in Master Planned real estate and infrastructure developments that span Texas, the south eastern United States, as well as Latin America and other regions of the world. Today, Mr. Kyle Tauch continues to expand his portfolio of companies with Noble Generation, an international development company for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
